     In each brand? All of them? Do you try by auto VIN or manual select? Post the screenshot

     This has been answered many times in this Forum. As of this writing May,28 2015 there are only 2 Manufacturers that can be flashed using the Scan Tool  (Mercedes and BMW) all other makes will have to flashed using a PC or Laptop with the manufacturers software.  I also found that out the hard way.
